Counsellors - Rotating shifts

You will work within a call centre environment, providing counselling for calls received from the crisis helpline. You will also refer patients with special needs to the appropriate professionals.

The Requirements:

Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Nursing
Diploma holders with relevant working experience will be considered
Ability to work shifts will be preferred
Working experience with individuals suffering from psychiatry disorder will be of added advantage
Must be a team player with passion in patients’ care, willingness to learn, and able to contribute to the team.

Remuneration will commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
