Retail Supervisors
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be accountable for the sales and profits for your category of products. You will manage inventory and maintain housekeeping and merchandising standards. You will also plan and allocate products according to sales and customer demands. You are also expected to supervise and train a team of retail assistants in ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations.
Requirement
Diploma in any discipline or GCE 'A'/'O' holder with at least 2-3 years' supervisory experience
Independent worker and a team player
Service-oriented with good leadership and interpersonal skills
Hands-on person
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Prepared to work on rotating shifts and a 6-day work week
Permanent night shift positions are also available
Fresh Diploma graduate and those with WSQ Diploma in Retail Management are welcome to apply
